Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

14-Day Return Period: Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

30-Day Defect Policy: If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications mentioned on the site, the return period is extended to 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened cosmetics or personal care items.

Underwear and swimwear.

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Refund Process:

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 7–14 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders may be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or electronic wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.).
